Carnegie Project Update!

The work in progress at the Carnegie Institution for Science includes the creation of modern efficient office spaces within the limestone Beaux-Arts National Register-listed landmark building, originally designed by Carrerre and Hastings of New York in 1909.  In the largest photo above you can see the grand stair hall we are decorating a new fresh air supply register with a bas-relief composition in plaster named “Wind.”
